Fitness Class                                Monday evenings Contact Aaron Cottrell  07964733708 A variety of equipment and bodyweight classes that target every muscle in the body suitable for all levels of fitness lead by Aaron, Personal Trainer and local high intensity class instructor. Sessions last between 30-45 minutes and are based on interval training, a method proven to burn more fat and with better cardiovascular results over your typical aerobic class. Follow  for videos, updates and class timetables.
